The Pursuit of Happiness

Happiness can be hard to maintain if we don’t really know what we want. Instead of focussing on the values we hold dear, we rely on external and mostly uncontrollable events to bring us glimpses of happiness. It’s only by spending time figuring out what we intuitively want out of life that we can steer our lives in a more fulfilling and meaningful direction. Happiness then becomes the by-product of your life, instead of a single-minded pursuit.20181114_123625_0001
